What does it cost to move in?
To move in, we require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a prorated rent payment based on your date of move in.
Do you offer discounts if I pay in advance?
Since our lease agreements are month to month, we don’t currently offer any discounts for paying in advance.
Do you offer Month to Month leases?
All our leases are month-to-month. You can end your lease at any time by submitting a written 10-Day Notice.
How much is the security deposit?
Security Deposits are equivalent to one month’s rent.
